An undocumented Tunisian expelled from Italy would have been infected with the virus is currently hospitalized at the Hospital Farhat Hached in Sousse.
The passenger arrived on Tuesday late morning on a flight with several other undocumented Tunisians who landed on Tuesday late morning from Italy.
The medical staff at the airport initially refused to intervene. Medical services had to transport the patient to the Farhat Hached hospital after receiving instructions. It is native to the region of Tataouine.
